Location was good approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel had a pool and a very good restaurant with delicious food at a reasonable price. Room had air conditioning, en-suite toilet and shower, refrigerator,TV, kettle and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. Cleaned daily with water and amenities replenished. Handy bus stop outside to catch the local bus to Phuket. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Pool area was great! Decent size room and bed with fridge, tv and wardrobe. Clean Bathroom with shampoo and body wash. Hot shower.

I think the overall feelings for this place resides deep inside the adventurer whom is looking for a nice, cheap and clean place to lay low for a few days, without worries about late charge, additional fees etc. I found it amazing, since it lived up to my expectations and the staff was very down to earth (Sabai Sabai = relax).

The location was fantastic, pool and pool area great. Also the on-site restaurant was great value for money and the food good (especially the breakfast)

Good hotel for good price stay 2-3 nights in Kao Lak. Close to bus stop next to Mcdonalds.

Good sized room cleaned daily. There is a boiling water machine, small fridge, TV and powerfull air conditioning. The hotel is very clean with a nice swimming pool.

Nice room of the road. Bed, a/c, space all good. Very nice pool with sunbeds around. Can highly recommend.
